Závadka is a village and municipality in Humenné District in the Prešov Region of north-east Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1557.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 152 metres (499 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 5.70 km² (2.20 sq mi) (2024).^[4]

It has a population of 560 people (31 December 2024).^[6]

In year 2021 was 538 people by ethnicity 533 as Slovak, 6 as Rusyn, 3 as Not found out, 2 as Russian, 2 as Austrian, 2 as Other, 1 as Ukrainian, 1 as Romani and 1 as Hungarian.
