Ľubiša (Rusyn: Любіша, Hungarian: Szerelmes) is a village and municipality in Humenné District in the Prešov Region of north-east Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1410.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 164 metres (538 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 10.02 km² (3.87 sq mi) (2024).^[4]

It has a population of 819 people (31 December 2024).^[6]

In year 2021 was 818 people by ethnicity 801 as Slovak, 18 as Romani, 18 as Rusyn, 18 as Not found out, 3 as Other, 1 as Czech and 1 as Ukrainian.

In 2021, 42.7% of municipal waste produced in Ľubiša was separated for recycling, which was an annual rise by 8%.^[10][11]
