Hažín nad Cirochou is a village and municipality in Humenné District in the Prešov Region of north-east Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1451.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 167 metres (548 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 7.18 km² (2.77 sq mi) (2024).^[4]

It has a population of 654 people (31 December 2024).^[6]

In year 2021 was 677 people by ethnicity 658 as Slovak, 15 as Rusyn, 9 as Not found out, 6 as Czech, 5 as Ukrainian, 4 as Other and 3 as Hungarian.
