Otrhánky (Hungarian: Eszterce) is a village and municipality in Bánovce nad Bebravou District in the Trenčín Region of north-western Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1598.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 232 metres (761 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 4.65 km² (1.80 sq mi) (2024).^[4]

It has a population of 394 people (31 December 2024).^[6]

In year 2021 was 394 people by ethnicity 388 as Slovak, 10 as Not found out, 2 as Other and 1 as Russian.
