Šípkov (Hungarian: Báncsipkés) is a village and municipality in Bánovce nad Bebravou District in the Trenčín Region of north-western Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1295.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 322 metres (1,056 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 11.55 km² (4.46 sq mi) (2024).^[4]

It has a population of 144 people (31 December 2024).^[6]

In year 2021 was 149 people by ethnicity 145 as Slovak, 7 as Not found out and 1 as Czech.
