Nemčiňany (Hungarian: Nemcsény) is a village and municipality in Zlaté Moravce District of the Nitra Region, in western-central Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1232.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 192 metres (630 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 15.68 km² (6.05 sq mi) (2024).^[4]

It has a population of 662 people (31 December 2024).^[6]

In year 2021 was 654 people by ethnicity 607 as Slovak, 42 as Not found out, 27 as Romani, 11 as Czech, 2 as Hungarian, 1 as Ukrainian, 1 as Other, 1 as Bulgarian and 1 as English.
