Ulëz Hydroelectric Power Station

A large concrete dam spans a body of water. The face of the dam has multiple concrete towers rising from it, topped with blue and yellow machinery and support infrastructure. The shores of the body of water are covered in plants. On the far shore is a steep, forested hill.

The Ulëz Hydroelectric Power Station is a hydroelectric Power Station located near Ulëz, Albania.[1] It has 4 units which were commissioned in 1957. It is operated by Korporata Elektroenergjitike Shqiptare (KESH).[2] Its reservoir is fed and drained by the river Mat.
