Nižná Pisaná (Rusyn: Нижня Писана; Hungarian: Alsóhímes, until 1899: Alsó-Piszana) is a village and municipality in Svidník District in the Prešov Region of north-eastern Slovakia.
History
In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1600.
Geography
The municipality lies at an altitude of 321 metres (1,053 ft)[3] and covers an area of 7.36 km2 (2.84 sq mi) (2024).[4]
