According to the Documentation Centre of Austrian Resistance, the groups social media accounts were created on 20 April 2024, coinciding with the birthdate of Adolf Hitler.[1] The group takes its name from the German magazine Nation Europa as well as the policy of "Europe a Nation" developed by the British fascist politician Oswald Mosley.
In 2024, on the Independence Day of Ukraine, the network held a summit in Lviv, with a number of European far-right and neo-nazi groups in attendance.[3] The main guest speaker was the Italian far-right ideologue and essayist Gabriele Adinolfi.[4] A number of Ukrainian combat formations, including paramilitary groups associated with the Main Directorate of Intelligence were also present.[5] At the conclusion of the event, a "Memorandum of Unity and Cooperation" was signed by members of the network.[6]
The group has been endorsed by the Anti-Imperial Block of Nations, a proclaimed successor to the Anti-Bolshevik Bloc of Nations formed in the Reichskommissariat Ukraine.[7]
In March 2025, the group held a rally organised by CasaPound in Rome calling for support for Ukraine, while displaying the banner "No to Washington, No to Moscow".[8] The network additionally held a demonstration in Berlin, distributing pamphlets marked appendix no. 88, clause 14, in reference to the fourteen words of David Lane.[9] The demonstration was attended by a number of Russian opposition figures, including Yulia Navalnaya.[10] Left-wing groups in Germany accused the mainstream media and the Berlin Police of willfully ignoring the event.[11][12]
The network published a eulogy following the supposed death of the far-right militant and leader of the Russian Volunteer Corps Denis "White Rex" Kapustin.[13] The group praised the Main Directorate of Intelligence once it was announced that Kasputin was alive.[14]
The network announced that a conference would take place in Kyiv on 7 February 2026, with representatives from the 3rd Army Corps, Svoboda, Tradition and Order, Youth Movement "Centuria", Christian Patriotic Platform, 413th Regiment of Unmanned Systems "RAID", Avanhard and Brotherhood.[15] An announcement released by Dmytro Korchynsky stated that "all these right-wing groups are the most motivated fighters in the Armed Forces of Ukraine."

Nation Europa presents itself as a third-positionist network.[16][17][18] It frames both the liberal international rules-based world order, as well as Eurasianism and multipolarity as enemies, accusing them of promoting heterogenous "melting-pot" societies.[19]
Nation Europa claims that Ukraine is the only viable place for the growth of "rightist ideology", evoking ultranationalist figures such as Yevhen Konovalets, Andriy Melnyk and Stepan Bandera.[20] Inspired by the literature of Benito Mussolini, and the concept of Trincerocrazia, or "Trenchcracy", the network goes further by encouraging adherents to pursue armed involvement rather than political participation, arguing that military structures - specifically the Armed Forces of Ukraine, offers a more suitable vehicle for far-right influence than political parties in democratic societies, stating that "right representatives" form the backbone of Ukraine's armed forces.[21]
The network dismisses mainstream right-wing parties as weak and culturally irrelevant, as they are deemed insufficiently radical. Rather than political engagement, Nation Europa advocates along-term strategy of covertly embedding itself within influential social, cultural and institutional spaces. This approach is compared to the Islamic principle of taqiyya.[19]
Social issues
Nation Europa has criticised the use of hate speech legislation in the European Union and United Kingdom. During the 2024 conference in Lviv, the group expressed solidary with the Austrian neo-Nazi rapper and musical artist Philip Josef Hassler, also known under the alias Mr. Bond.[1] Hassler had been arrested in January 2021, and was sentenced to 10 years in prison in April 2022 for the glorification of Nazism.
