List of Hazara people

The Hazaras are an indigenous ethnic group primarily residing in Afghanistan, Iran and Pakistan. Their traditional homeland is known as Hazarajat, also referred to as Hazaristan. They constitute roughly 20%–25% of Afghanistan's population population of Afghanistan, though some estimates suggest their share could be as high as 30%.[1] Many Hazara as part of the Hazara diaspora live in Western countries such as Australia, Sweden, Germany, Norway, Italy, the UK, and the US.[2]
