Kolíňany (Hungarian: Kolon) is a village and municipality in the Nitra District in western central Slovakia, in the Nitra Region.[4]

History

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1113.

Geography

The municipality lies at an altitude of 199 metres (653 ft)[3] and covers an area of 12.50 km2 (4.83 sq mi) (2024).[5]
