Horná Poruba (Hungarian: Felsőtölgyes) is a village and municipality in Ilava District in the Trenčín Region of north-western Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1335.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 410 metres (1,350 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 13.69 km² (5.29 sq mi) (2024).^[4]

It has a population of 1104 people (31 December 2024).^[6]

In year 2021 was 1084 people by ethnicity 1075 as Slovak, 8 as Czech, 8 as Not found out, 3 as Other, 2 as Russian and 1 as Rusyn.
