Head 2 Head is a 2025 Thai Boys' Love romantic drama television series produced by GMMTV and directed by Siwaj Sawatmaneekul. The series premiered in 2025, airing on GMM 25 and streaming internationally via GMMTV’s official YouTube channel and True Vision Now.[1]
Synopsis
Jerome, known as "J", and Jinn share a relationship defined by rivalry and friendship. Whenever they meet, sharp words and cold stares are exchanged. During a race, J suffers an accident after having a vision of Jinn, forcing him to recover under Jinn’s care. As they spend time together, both realize that their lives are deeply connected and that it would be impossible to live without each other.[2]
