Bobo F. Ajudua (born 30 June 1990) is a Nigerian lawyer and entrepreneur. He is the founder of BFA & Co. Legal, a Lagos-based firm specializing in media, entertainment, and intellectual property law. He has represented notable Nigerian musicians such as Davido and Wande Coal, and in 2026, he led the Deal Room at Nigeria House during the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.[1][2]
Early life and education
Ajudua was born in Lagos, Nigeria. He earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Essex in 2011 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012 after attending the Nigerian Law School.[3][4]
Career
Ajudua began his career in the Legal Unit of the Nigerian Football Federation in Abuja, handling player contracts and sports-related disputes.[3][4]
He founded BFA & Co. Legal in Lagos, focusing on entertainment law, intellectual property, contract negotiation, and corporate transactions in Nigeria's creative sector.[4][5][6][7]
In January 2026, Ajudua led the Deal Room at Nigeria House for the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, coordinating investment initiatives in key sectors including energy, infrastructure, technology, and the creative economy.[1][2]
