Belinda Schmid

Belinda Schmid (born 31 January 1981) is a Swiss former synchronized swimmer who competed in the 2000 and 2004 Summer Olympics.[1] She finished in the top 10 both times. Schmid competed in World championships throughout the early 2000s:

  • World Championships: she competed in the solo and duet at the 2001 and 2003 World Aquatics Championships in Barcelona.[2]
  • European Championships: she reached the free solo finals in the 2002 Berlin and 2004 Madrid European Swimming Championships.[3]
  • 1999 Fina World Cup: she took part in the Swiss national team that perfomed the free routine in Seoul, South Korea.[4]
