Amelie Child-Villiers is a television and film actress from Jersey.

Early and personal life

From Jersey, she is a member of the Child Villiers aristocratic family and the daughter of Countess of Jersey, Marianne Child-Villiers and the Earl of Jersey.[1][2][3] She has sisters Mia and Evangeline, and a brother George Henry William born in 2015.[4] She attended St Michaels Preparatory School,Beaulieu Convent School and Hautlieu School in Jersey.[5]

Career

As a child actress, she had an early role in British 1980's set horror film Censor.[3] In 2020, Child-Villiers filmed scenes as a 13 year-old in Apple TV+ series The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power based on the literary work of J.R.R Tolkien as Young Galadriel, played by Morfydd Clark.[5][6] She also had a role in American comedy action film The Machine (2023).[7][8]

She played the younger version of Rebecca Ferguson's lead character Juliette Nichols in Apple TV+ science fiction epic series adaptation Silo.[1][9] In 2025, she was cast as Beatrice Baddingham alongside David Tennant in Disney+ television adaptation of Jilly Cooper's Rivals.[2]
