The ATP Barcelona [1] was a men's clay court tennis tournament founded in 1973. Also known as the Barcelone Championships that was played in Barcelona, Spain. In 1975 this event was co-valid as the Catalonian Championships (1935–1978). The tournament was part of the ATP Spring Circuit from 1973 to 1976,[2] a subsidiary circuit of the ILTF European Circuit. It was not part of the ILTF Grand Prix Circuit.
