The 2026 United States Senate election in Montana will be held on November 6, 2026, to elect a member of the United States Senate to represent the state of Montana. Primary elections will be held on June 2, 2026. Two-term Republican Steve Daines, who was re-elected in 2020 with 55.0% of the vote, has filed for reelection. Seth Bodnar, the sitting president of the University of Montana, will contest the election as an independent candidate.
