  2. ^ San Francisco traded a sixth-round selection to Washington in exchange for RB Brian Robinson Jr.[7]
  3. ^ The 49ers traded a sixth-round selection (187th overall) and RB Jordan Mason to the Minnesota Vikings in exchange for a fifth-round selection (160th overall) and a 2026 sixth-round selection.[8]
  4. ^ San Francisco traded a sixth-round selection to New England in exchange for a conditional seventh-round selection and DE Keion White. The condition – which will return New England a seventh-round selection if White is active for 7 games – was converted on December 22, 2025.[9]
  5. ^ San Francisco traded a seventh-round selection to Houston in exchange for DT Khalil Davis.[10]
