The 2026 Asian Women's Volleyball Continental Championships will be the 23rd staging of the Asian Women's Volleyball Continental Championships, a biennial international volleyball tournament organised by the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) with Chinese Volleyball Association (CVA). The tournament is scheduled to be held in Tianjin, China from 21 to 30 August 2026.[1]
The winner qualifies for the Volleyball tournament at the 2028 Olympic Games[2] in Los Angeles. The top three finishers will also qualify for the 2027 FIVB Women's Volleyball World Championship in Canada and United States.
Qualification
Following the new AVC regulations[3], starting in 2026, a maximum of 12 teams in the AVC Continental Championships will be selected as follows:
- 1 team from the host country
- 1 team as the defending champion from the previous edition (If the defending champion is also the host nation, the runners-up take the place)
- 1 team as the champion of the 2025 AVC Nations Cup
- 4 teams based on the FIVB World Rankings that have not yet qualified
- 5 teams from the five AVC zones that have not yet qualified (via zonal championships or qualification tournaments, if necessary)

The AVC stated that the twelve teams that had qualified to participate in the tournament were announced.[4]
